A CITY IN TUNE WITH ITS RESIDENTS

A city in the south of France decided to equip itself with a dashboard, displaying its citizens’ opinions on social networks. This dashboard – specifically designed for the city council - provided an understanding of what residents thought about local government services, district by district and overall. A qualitative focus highlighted specific opinions, to help councillors to understand and be more in touch with its residents.
